Notes

Composer's note: I was asked by my publisher Faber Music in conjunction with Norwich festival to create a large-scale choral/orchestral work for the Norwich Festival. During 1999 I diligently researched the subject and prepared a draft scenario. I travelled to Norwich to discuss it with the director of the Festival who most disappointingly neither wished to read the scenario nor proceed with the project which was then cancelled.
