A commission to create a composite contrapuntal intertwining of the national tunes of England and the USA on a big scale. It mingles the tunes.The star-spanled banner,  Hearts of oak, John Brown's body, Rule Brittania, Dixie, D'you ken John Peel and Yankee Doodle Dandy in a one-minute piece for 40-piece orchestra - The Royal Philharmonic!
