An arrangement of the famous 'The Duellists' theme for flute and piano
After having scored the film of ‘The Duellists’ directed by Ridley Scott in 1977, Sandy Watson (the first wife of Ridley Scott) asked if I could write an easy-piano transcription of the theme for one of their children to play. I happily obliged with a piano arrangement. Realising that it would work as a chamber work for two instruments, I created this transcription.
